Future of the Legal Market

We are pleased to announce the „Conference: Future of the Legal Market" from our partner, the University of St. Gallen, and would like to invite all Swiss LegalTech members to join us at this event:

Not a day goes by without hearing that digitalisation is changing the economy and that you therefore have to adapt early. This also applies to the legal market. Rumour has it the frightening structure of the Robot Lawyer will replace the lawyers. However, lawyers are of the opinion that the relationship with them is still characterised by trust and that it will never work without the human lawyer. If that's true, then it's time to focus not only on the technical resource, but also on the human resource, especially in the context of digitalization. New questions arise such as: How do you successfully position yourself today as a law firm, legal department or so-called alternative legal service provider (Big Four, Legal Tech etc.) on the recruitment market? Which lawyers are preferably recruited today? How do you maintain and develop the successfully recruited resource? What are the challenges? And how do you separate professionally from each other again, knowing that you can and will meet again?
