Zaibaa collaborates with lawyers and clients in developing innovative and efficient ways of delivering legal advice. She has wide experience in process and document automation, developing client products, and leveraging technology to advance internal and external efficiencies.
She helps lawyers understand and deploy AI solutions in their matters and has recently contributed to a book that aims to bring lawyers closer to technology. She is a qualified lawyer and has advised several large corporations in cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings, and in M&A transactions. She holds an LL.M. degree in Business Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has worked at several reputable international law firms before joining Dentons.

Peter regularly advises public sector authorities in structuring complex public procurement procedures, predominantly in the area of health and IT. In the last 15 years, he has advised private sector clients in relation to infrastructure projects in Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Clients retain Peter for assisting in compliance matters in relation to government contracts. According to Chambers Europe, Peter's practice is best known for advising clients in connection with possible national or international debarments. He has advised clients on investigating bribery, fraud, collusion, or anti-competitive behavior and the subsequent implementation of an adequate compliance management system.
Peter graduated in Law from Kiel University (Germany), holds a Ph.D. from Nottingham University (UK) and an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Wales. He is a qualified attorney in Germany.
