The WebApp, developed by firm-it, is a digital tool for lawyers, notaries, trustees and business consultants who may be assisting their clients during the commercial registration process. As the consultant, you would remain the point of contact, whilst saving on time and costs. With the WebApp, legal processes such as incorporations, changes to statutes and other modifications are digitally processed in an efficient, error-free manner.

The process could not be simpler - the client's data is entered into the programme and firm-it's WebApp creates all the necessary documentation required by the registration process (commercial register application, statutes, deeds etc.). If necessary, the notarization may also be digitally executed.
